Terms and Conditions of Booking with Smartypants Languages

All classes run in term time only. Classes don't run on Training Days or Strike Days unless the school has specifically asked us to.

Payments are made in half term blocks by the first week of each half term. Paid for places are only secure when the booking confirmation has reached us and your child's name is added to the register.

Smartypants Languages do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

Additional information

•Smartypants Languages and it’s staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.    

•We reserve the right, without refund, to remove from our programme, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.    We operate a three strikes system. Firstly, we speak directly with the child about good behaviour at Club. Secondly, we will raise any continued misbehaviour with their class teacher. Finally, we will speak to parents before asking that the child does not renew.
